What is included in a private rental?

  • Delivery and pick up.

  • Enough firewood & kindling per rental night.

  • Instruction on using a wood stove, safety, and basic sauna use.

  • A bucket, ladle, and sauna oils.

  • Lawn chairs and outdoor rugs are available upon request.

How many people can fit in the sauna?

The sauna has a hot room and a changing room. The hot room accommodates 6-10 people. (9 people is cozy.) In the event that you have a large group, keep in mind it’s common to rotate out of the sauna after 15-minute cycles, so more people can cycle in.

Do you deliver outside of Duluth-Superior?

Delivery is free for all rentals in Duluth-Superior, up to 35 miles. If you live outside the immediate area, please contact us to request delivery and discuss additional fees.

Will the sauna fit in my yard or driveway?

We will need to access your space with a truck or SUV and require an area of 17’ long x 9’ wide, and 12’ high. Backing in a trailer also means we need room to swing the front end of a vehicle.

We need a surface that is not too soft or wet, or steep. Snow banks will have to be cut down and the surface must be as clear of mud, slush, and loose snow as much as possible. You are responsible for shoveling out the sauna should we receive snowfall during your rental. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK UNTIL WE DISCUSS OPTIONS! In fact, you should probably just ask first.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

  • Payment is the only way to secure your date. A downpayment of 30% is required.

  • 2 weeks of the event: 30% cancellation fee, or re-schedule free of charge.

  • 1 week from the event: non-refundable.

  • Note: we promise to be fair if you promise to be reasonable.
